On May 19, 2012, 200 Guangdong and HK star entrepreneurs who attended the 7th Central China Investment and Trade Exposition (Expo Central China 2012) took an investigation into Chenzhou. On the same day, Guangdong high technology industrial chamber of commerce of star enterprises delegate for Expo Central China 2012 investigated the standard workshops, Ruixin electronics, Hongrun tea-seed oil projects of Guiyang industry park.

Vice CEO of Shenzhen Lanwind Medical Group- Wang Guozhong said to the reporter: “I am much impressed by Chenzhou's good investment environment after this investigation. Chenzhou takes the advantage of its geography place on investment cost. Chenzhou must improve itself by seizing the chance of costal industrial transfer.”Other entrepreneurs also affirmed Chenzhou’s strategy significance in the development of central China.

In the symposium, Executive Director and General Secretary of Guangdong high technology industrial chamber of commerce- Wang Lizong remarked that Chenzhou and the association would achieve greater cooperation in future by working together, because as the biggest association in China high technology industry, Guangdong association owns capital, management and international connection and other resources , while Chenzhou has the advantage of costal industrial transfer conditions.

On that afternoon, an investment environment promotion meeting was held in Chenzhou for Guangdong high technology industrial chamber of commerce.
