On May 21, 2012, it was learned from the construction promotion meeting of Chenzhou post offices that 71 counties without post offices would make up for it this year. The total amount of offices will not be deducted due to the adjustment of village merger.

The 71 post offices are as follows: 10 offices in Jiahe County, 16 in Linwu County, 18 in Rucheng County, 13 in Guidong County, and 14 in Yongxing County.

The time schedule for the post office project is as follows:

before April 25, all the counties finish selecting the site of offices;

before May 15, a comprehensive project construction is to be launched;

before August 30, the main part of the office project is to be completed;

before September 30, the subordinate part of project is to be accomplished;

before November 15, furnishings and self-checking work is to be completed;

before November 25, preparations for “well-being 100 projects” acceptance work are to be made;

before the end of December, the transfer of work is to be completed.
