He Wenjun announced the official start of Haiquan project

Commencement ceremony of Haiquan road project was held on April 23, 2012, which is undertaken by Chenzhou Housing and Rural & Urban Construction Bureau. He Wenjun- the standing committee member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and General Secretary, Zhang Chengcheng- Chenzhou Government Party Group member and cadre of deputy department rank, and Lu Shaolin- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Government, and others attended the ceremony. Bureau Party Group Secretary and Director- Hu Guoxin hosted the ceremony.

Haiquan road starts from the intersection with Yuanquan road and ends with connection of Huaiwan road. It crosses Beijing-Guangzhou railway and Chenjiang river with 1.6kms long and 40 meters wide and with total investment of 145 million yuan. Sidewalks of 4.5 meters, green strips of 3.5 meters and running lanes of 24 meters will be constructed for Haiquan road which is planned to open to the public in September, 2013. Haiquan road project is undertaken by Chenzhou Housing and Rural & Urban Construction Bureau, constructed by Hunan Sixth Projects Co, Ltd. and inspected by Hunan Construction Projects Consultant Co, Ltd. Once Haiquan Road was finished, it will connect the logistic park, Huaiwan road, Wuling road, and 107 line together to form a great circulation of Chenzhou traffic, which is also one of the landmark projects of "another three years, more brilliant glories" for Chenzhou. Once finished, Haiquan road will be helpful for completing south Hunan international logistic road nets, improving area economy development, two oriented society demonstration area construction and "three-city" establishment.

Related departments and bureaus principals, staff of Chenzhou Housing and Rural & Urban Construction Bureau and its subordinate units' principals, Hunan Sixth Projects Co, Ltd., mechanization team, Hunan Construction Projects Consultant Co, Ltd. and Haiquan road project departments participated the commencement ceremony.
