On April 5, 2012, Zhang Xihui-Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou visited Hunan Forestry (Suxian) Modern Industrial Park and Chenzhou Non-ferrous Industrial Park with the purpose of investigating "ten cities & thousands lamps" launching ceremony site and Delta Electronics, Hualei Photoelectricity and other enterprises. Zhang Xihui inspected the site of "ten cities & thousands lamps" －launching ceremony of semiconductor lighting application demonstration area and listened to the reports of preparation work and projects progress. Zhang also took the visits to enterprises workshops to learn the details of LED road light and chips production, research and development, and studied the enterprises report of carrying out the demonstration area construction. Zhang highly appraised the work of the enterprises and reminded them to seize good chances and have Chenzhou semiconductor lighting application achieve a win-win development.

Hunan Forestry (Suxian) Modern Industrial Park is the key forestry project of Chenzhou Suxian district party committee and government of "the Twelfth Five-year Plan". The Industry Road, Wulipai Road, Xianlin Road and Xinglin Road lamps were planned to be covered by this demonstration project to extend the LED lighting. 136 LED lamps will be installed on the Industrial Road first which is expected to be completed on April 18, 2012. At the same time, the "ten cities&thousands lamps" launching ceremony will be held there.

Delta Electronics Group is one of the top 100 enterprises of the world IT industry and also the professional LED manufacturer. It was settled down in Chenzhou exporting processing industrial area in 2007. Till now 4432 LED road lamps produced by Delta group were fixed on Nanling Road, Xiangshan Road and other 18 roads of Chenzhou. Hualei Photoelectricity Group launched a "Four –One Project"－"One street, One scene, One enterprise, One industry"  to propel Chenzhou semiconductor lighting application demonstration area construction, which now has already accomplished the feasible analysis.
