Qu Hai Investigates Chenzhou Sanitary System

On March 27,2012, Qu Hai took visits to Chenzhou Fisrt Hospital, Chenzhou Infectious Diseases Hospital, Chenzhou Central Blood Bank, and City Center for Disease Control to get more information about Chenzhou's sanitary system development.

 

In recent years, Chenzhou achieved remarkable results in health care reform and sanitary working. Chenzhou Public Health Bureau was awarded with the advanced unit of Hunan major sanitary work targets management.

 

In the symposium, Qu Hai mentioned Chenzhou sanitary system should accelerate the development of public medical treatment and health care with the concept that "people's health is everything". In the next step, the sanitary system should focus on "strengthening the following five aspects": first, strengthening the construction of public medical treatment and health care service system to ensure that people can bear the cost of seeing doctors and be convenient to see doctors; second, strengthening the sanitary infrastructure construction and especially improving the medical infrastructure of rural area and community to optimize the resource allocation; third, strengthening the health care reform in accordance with the unified national plan; forth, strengthening the work style construction of the medical treatment and health care industry to enhance the occupational ethic education and improve the public credit of the sanitary system; fifth, strengthening the construction of the talents by innovating the talents training and management mechanism to attract and train more skillful persons. At the same time, the municipal subordinate departments should support the development of sanitary system by striving for better policy and doing better services.
