It was learned that Chenzhou Statistics Bureau was honored with"2006-2010 advance publicity and education collectives of national statistic law enforcement"，which was the third consecutive turn (15 years) for the bureau to get this honor.

From 2006, Chenzhou took the inspection of statistic law enforcement on 1840 units, among which 722 cases were put on file and 704 cases concluded with a settling rate of 97.5%. No statistical administrative penalty cases required hearing or submitting to the court or asking for administrative reconsideration. 60 statistical illegal cases were exposed to the public. In order to promote the opening of government statistical affairs, Chenzhou carried out the processing system that combined online and on-site window operation together. Besides, telephone hotline numbers and email addresses of "agricultural census", "economy census" and "statistical illegal issues" were opened to the public. In this way, all the statistical workings were under public supervision, which was greatly helpful for repelling illegal behaviors as misrepresent, hide, forge, distort, refuse and delay the statistical data etc..
