On Feb 13rd, 2012, the first session of forth municipal government of Chenzhou city was held by the goverment. Quhai, who is the vice secretary of Chenzhou municipal committee and mayor of Chenzhou city, stated in the session that in order to promote the public trust of Chenzhou government and construct the satisfying government for the people, Chenzhou government has to unify the idea, stress the key point and strengthen measures.

At this first plenary session, the government seriously implemented the spirit of the 2012 economy conference of municipal committee and two meetings of Chenzhou city. The government laid out the measures to promote government public trust, and required that all the works listed in the 2012 economy conference of municipal committee and government report should be implemented well and all the objectives should be reached completely.

At the session, mayor of Chenzhou city—Quhai stated that the government should unify the idea and deepen the understanding to get the importance of promoting the government public trust. He also stated that the government should stress the key point to carry forward the construction of government public trust strongly. Furthermore, he stated that the government should strengthen the measures and specify the awards and punishment strictly to guarantee the promotion of government public trust.

At the session, Zhang Aiguo—the member of the municipal standing committee and vice mayor of Chenzhou city—presented “Notification for the performance of 128 main works listed in 2011 economy conference of municipal committee and government report”, and illustrated the main works structure of 2012 economy conference of municipal committee and government report.

Other government leaders, related directly affiliated departments principals, and underlings of towns and districts principals attended the session. Some representatives of people’s congress of Chenzhou city, members of CPPCC of Chenzhou city, and citizens representatives were invited to attend this session.
