It was learned from High Technology Bureau of Chenzhou city, the total value of High Technology Industry reached 42.57 billion yuan against the tendency, up 58.53%; the High Technology Industry added value hit 13.08 billion yuan, increasing by 66.1%.

Till now, Chenzhou finished three province level and sixe city level R&D centers consruction. The patent application and authorization were up to 1192pcs in 2011. All of those greatly helped to propel the development of Chenzhou city High Technology Industry.
