Chenzhou was granted the honor of “Provincial Advanced Anti-drug City” in the Hunan economy conference.

In 2011, under the wise leadership of Chenzhou municipal government, the anti-drug group took many different special activities to strongly fight against the drug crimes, and also carried out many kinds of educational activities about anti-drug to build good social atmosphere of anti-drug around Chenzhou city. Compared with last three years average data, the annual quantity of unearthed drug criminal cases, detained criminal suspects, and seized drugs increased 136%, 132% and 144% respectively in 2011.
