Li Xiaolin, who lives in Shi Ling village, Long Hai town, An Ren county of Chenzhou city, will graduate from the university this year and is busy in looking for the jobs recently.

On Feb 7th, 2012, An Ren Industrial area of Chenzhou city hold the recruitment fair that attracted more than 1000 people come to apply the jobs. Li Xiaolin is one of them. Fortuately, Li found the job and signed the contract with Xi Yuan hotel which is a famous enterprise in An Ren county.

Recent years, An Ren county actively undertake the industry transfer to attract more college graduates and peasant-workers return back and work in local county to contribute to local economy development.
