Chenzhou city kept strong impetus to improve the economy after being approved to be South Hunan's demonstration area of undertaking industrial transfer.

During 2011, Chenzhou city’s undertaking industrial transfer developed greatly. It introduced more than 405 transferred enterprises, built 2.49 million square meters standard workshop with the renting rate of over 95%.
