As for the problem that moon mountain ecological park was with very low progress on the project construction, Peng Shi’an- member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Political Commissar of Chenzhou military subarea took an on-site coordination with relative municipal leaders to the moon-shaped mountain.

The project of moon-shaped mountain ecological park was located in the moon-shaped mountain opposite of Wuhan-Guangzhou high speed railway station. It was an important project for Chenzhou city construction and management upgrading. At the first beginning, it was defined as the city integrated park for outing, ecology and relaxation with a planning area of 3000 mu and 100 million yuan budget. Chenzhou Doppler thunder head is in this project area. Preliminary work such as planning evaluation, delimitation mapping etc. were fulfilled for this project. But caused by the problems of renting land, requisition of land, capital, the park’s planning approval and delimitating confirmation work were badly hindered.

Peng Shi’an asked that it should be planned and designed scientifically to strengthen the coordination and communication, accelerate requisition, rent and compensation work and win capitals. All the preliminary work such as research feasibility, environment protection evaluation, project approval and project bidding, etc. should be accomplished at the soonest time to finish the park construction at the end of this year.
