Chenzhou Financial Revenue Hit 9.19 Billion Yuan in the First Half of the Year

It was learned from Chenzhou Finance Bureau that the general financial revenue in the first half of the year hit 9.19 billion yuan with a year-to-year increase of 1.83 billion yuan, up 24.9%, 52.5% of the beginning of the budget, 1.17 billion yuan more than that of 2009, successfully fulfilling the target of half year task within half year.

 

At the beginning of 2012, all the finance departments gave full play for the financial capital to propel the significant industry project construction and strategic new industry development, which helped to accelerate the upgrading of traditional advantageous industry and set a good foundation for the financial increase. In June, there was 2.17 billion yuan paid into treasury, breaking a new record of single month revenue.

 

Meanwhile, all the financial departments kept optimizing the structure of the financial expenditure and strengthening its management. The total general budget expenditure amounted to 10.41 billion yuan, increasing 2.76 billion yuan, up 36%, accounting 61.7% of the budget. Among the total expenditure, there were 60% spent on people’s well-being, including social security, medical treatment, sanitary, agriculture etc.. There were 51.7%, 39.1% and 26.6% increase of health care, education, social security and employment, which greatly helped to guarantee the stable performance of import projects such as “100 well-being projects”, “three-year greening work”, “lightening Chenzhou” etc., and also helped to meet the demands of economic and social development.
