“4+2”zone covers Beihu district, Suxian district, Zixing district, Guiyang county, Yongxing county and Yizhang county which is the central economy zone of Chenzhou city. It is one of the big concerns for all the Chenzhou citizens on how to build the “4+2”zone to cultivate the increase pole of Hunan-Guangdong-Jiangxi economy and to reach the strategic goal issued by Chenzhou municipal committee and government of further propelling “two-oriented city” construction and accelerating the construction of international modern and opening city of Chenzhou.

Ⅰ “4+2”zone performs strategic function on Chenzhou economy development. It has 3.24 million people, 11945 square meters land, and 106.2 billion yuan GDP volume in 2011, about 78.9% of the Chenzhou total GDP amount.
