A group of experts from Hunan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau took the preliminary evaluation on Chenzhou establishment of a national garden city from September 12 to 14, 2012. All the evaluation work was following the “evaluation standards of greening city gardens” and “standards of a national garden city”. Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou city- Qu Hai attended the feedback conference on the morning of September 14, 2012.

After listening to the working report delivered by Chenzhou government, checking Chenzhou greening work of city gardens, Chenzhou infrastructure and city image on site, and inspecting some data, the experts approved that Chenzhou city could meet all the standards of a national garden city. Yi Jihong- the director of this experts team highly appraised Chenzhou’s great work on the establishment of a national garden city ,which helps to upgrade Chenzhou city level and improve Chenzhou image . It was worthy of promoting Chenzhou government’s experience on the establishment of a national garden city in Hunan province.

Qu Hai greeted and appreciated the experts team’s visit to Chenzhou city for conducting Chenzhou’s work on the establishment of a national garden city. Qu stated that Chenzhou government would keep improving the living condition and upgrade the special competitiveness of the city.

Zhang Aiguo- member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou reported Chenzhou government’s work to the team on the construction of a national garden city. Chenzhou municipal leaders Xie Yuanan, Cao Jianping, Tan Kefan and Zhang Chengcheng participated in this feedback conference.
