It was learned from the leadership conference for Chenzhou key industry projects on September 20, 2012 that in order to increase the force on the preliminary work, Chenzhou government had established 7 leadership teams headed with municipal leaders. Each of the team would be in charge of a specified project to carry out the according work.

The 7 projects are as followed: “5080 coal chemical industry” of Yizhang county, 0.4 million tons lead and zinc melting project of Hunan Yuteng non-ferrous Co., Ltd., Chenzhou thermal power project of Shenhua Group, 0.3 million tons of cathode copper project of Hunan Baoshan non-ferrous, Co., Ltd., relocation project of Chenzhou Tobacco, relocation project of Chenzhou Bada glass Co., Ltd., and coal mine construction project of Dengjiachong.

Except the relocation project of Chenzhou Tobacco, which is planned to started at the end of 2012 and operate in 2015, all other 6 projects will have the project approval before 2014 and get started in 2015. It was requested on the conference that all the departments should work together on the key projects’ preliminary approval work and ensure the entire work plan fulfilled on time.
