After the impoverished urban household- Cai Yandao moved to a new house, the other 4000 peasant families are provided with the subsidies to live in new houses now.

In order to make this well-being project well carried out, Anren government established a special leadership group led by the county Party Secretary and county officer and drew up “measures to Anren rural dangerous houses’ reconstruction”, “funds management measures on capital of Anren rural dangerous houses’ reconstruction”, etc. with relative responsible units. The leader teams from 16 counties and villages signed responsible certificates and promised that they would strictly follow the relative 4000 families on land, capital, progress, quality, and so on.

In order to ensure the equality, 5 working teams led by Anren County’s Civil Affairs Department went to inspect all the work processes. Till now all the work has been well carried out, and no cases exist which violate relative regulations there.
