It was learned from Rucheng optimized economy environment leadership group office that the county carried out the “contributing supervision” mechanism from 2012, which was focused on the enforcement, efficiency and incorruption supervision of the key departments and posts and greatly boosted the economy development.

In order to prevent the problems of administrative omission concerning enterprises and projects, Rucheng county government paid great efforts on the optimization of economy development and service function with “one stop” policy. Furthermore, the government practiced the “contributing supervision” policy with “contributing anti-corruption supervisor mechanism” and hired 78 contributing anti-corruption supervisors from administrative departments, judicial offices, and upper middle-level enterprises. These supervisors are in charge of checking working styles and violated behaviors, reporting to the responsible departments when problems occurring.

Now this mechanism is in a good order. The supervisors took different actions on the enforcement supervision, special study, and suggestion submission, all of which greatly help to upgrade the clear administrative conditions and economy environment. Till now, 38 enforcement supervisions, 18 cases concerning people’s complaints and administrative efficiencies, 4 cases of economy development environment, 3 administrative punishments, 4 criminal sanction cases and 37 administrative punishments have been handled by these supervisors.
