It was learned that a batch of new laws and regulations officially came into operation from October 1, 2012. Among them, there was a special administrative regulation named “administrative affairs management regulation” to be carried out. It was the first regulation in relation to these administrative affairs.

According to the regulation, governments above county level should follow it strictly to control the scale and percentage of “three funds”. All the management methods need to be carried out with the principals of total amount control and strict control and with the fixed standards of budget.

It was specified in the regulation that the governments and departments at all levels should well control the conference quantity, scale and schedule with the best use of administrative places, TVs, phones and internet videos to save expenditures. With regard to abroad affairs, all the reasons, contents, necessities, and agenda should be investigated carefully to control the numbers and schedules and avoid any waste of time and expenses.

There were also some other laws and regulations like “education supervision regulation”, “pharmaceutical safety ‘black list’ management regulation (trial)”, “green food signs management solution”, “coal mines safety construction regulation ‘trial’” etc..
