Recently， Deputy Secretary of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Governor- Xu Shousheng visited Tuokexun county of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region to inspect the aiding project undertaken by Chenzhou city. Local government leaders, Hunan government leaders and Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee- Xiang Lili and the commanders of the project accompanied Xu during the visit.

Local residents in the county greeted Xu and his team warmly. Contentment project demonstration district in Tuokexun county is a key aiding project undertaken by Chenzhou city. It was started from 2012 with about 70 million yuan investment. The district will be implemented with houses, community service buildings, Bilingual kindergarten and other infrastructures and will be further divided into living, planting, and farming areas. Now, all of these have been finished at large. Because of its new designing concept, earlier undertaking step, high construction speed and high quality, this project becomes the demonstration project among the six batch of aiding projects of Hunan.

Xu visited the community building and kindergarten on this trip and checked the details of general planning and construction. Once arriving at one newly built community, Xu was warmly invited to one resident house. The resident highly appreciated Hunan governments’ assistance in construction of aiding Xinjiang projects, which enabled them to settle down in new houses.

Xu also high affirmed the achievements of new turn aiding Xinjiang projects. He appreciated the supports provided by the aiding projects party committees and governments, the hard work handled by the aiding projects staffs, and the assistances supported by local party committee and government. Thanks to all their efforts, Hunan aiding Xinjiang projects can be processed well. Xu stated that all the relative departments had to summarize the working experience to deepen the aiding Xinjiang work formats and well practice the policies to benefit Xinjiang people.

Xu was delighted to see the great changes of lives with these projects and sincerely hope they can be kept going on.

Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee required that all cadres and staffs of the aiding Xinjiang projects should follow the instructions issued by Xu in order to well keep handling the projects and gain further achievements.
