Market Supervision of Three Transportation Industries Strengthened

In order to prevent severe traffic accidents, National Bureau of Industrial and Commercial Administration require that departments at all levels need strengthen the supervision of electrical bicycles market, scrapped cars recovery market and second-hand cars’ market with comprehensive methods.

 

Concerning the retreatment and regulation of electrical bicycles, the administration requires that the checking and acceptance system have to be established and operated well by all local departments in order to ensure all the bicycles can meet the relative laws, regulations and standards. It is also required that shops which sell unqualified bicycles should be stopped, fined. Its business license will be revoked when it is in serious cases.

 

With respect to the scrapped car recovery market, the administration asks that illegal behaviors such as assembling cars with scrapped cars’ accessories and selling scrapped cars or its accessories should be strictly stroked. Some other suspected criminal behaviors will be sent to the public security bureaus to handle.

 

As for the used-car market, the administration asks the departments to popularize the “regulation text of second hand cars’ sales contract”, investigate and punish unlicensed business activities, illegal marketing of scrapped cars, misleading propagandas, swindle consumer behaviors, etc..
