The mobilization conference of establishing a national forest city as well as the promotion conference of three-year urban & rural greening work was held in Chenzhou city. Four villages which have not fulfilled 2012 annual task were blamed on the conference.
 

In this September, supervision office of Chenzhou municipal party committee and supervision office of Chenzhou government took an investigation on the work of three-year urban & rural greening work in 2012 for 11 counties. Among them, there were four villages without meeting the annual task set for 2012. According to relative files, the upper level county government should carry out the accountability to these villages and report the results to municipal party committee and government.
