Recently, Chen Sichao who was a civil servant of Liaojiang town, Zixing city with college official working experience was promoted to be the Secretary of Zixing Communist Youth League Committee after an open selection. That is another successful example for Zixing city’s promotion of college officials after implementing the policy to select minor cadres from college officials.

In recent years, Zixing city government established a sound municipal leadership helping mechanism, carried out different activities to solve practical problems, and established reserve cadre data for the college officials. Some other activities like entrepreneurship competition, psychological consultant, caution education, business training, etc. were held by Zixing government to upgrade the college officials’ capacity. In 2012, Zixing city successfully held the first college officials’ entrepreneurship project assessment contest, and provided 0.1 million yuan two-year soft loan for the projects with great potentiality to help the college officials innovate the entrepreneurship form. Till now, 8 college officials have been assisted with the help of the government to create real economic entity.

At the same time, the college officials were arranged to participate party construction, petition, comprehensive management, family plan, and other professional positions work in accordance with their majors. With these working experiences, the college officials were improved fast with more special knowledge and service awareness.
