2012 “Four provinces and nine cities” statistical work exchange meeting was held in Chenzhou city on November 23, 2012. The four provinces and nine cities refer to Hunan, Guangdong, Jiangxi and Guangxi province, and Chenzhou, Hengyang, Yongzhou, Shaoguan, Qingyuan, Yunfu, Ganzhou, Guilin and Hezhou city. The principals from the above mentioned provinces and cities attended the meeting and shared their experience and ideas on the promotion of statistical work.
From the beginning of 2012, Chenzhou Statistic Bureau carefully performed the statistic duties, enhanced the service function and promoted the networking of direct reporting with sound effects. Chenzhou kept being in a leading position on the networking of direct reporting work in Hunan province. Now 2243 enterprises were covered within this networking net.
In 2012, the working mechanism of network reporting service like“point-to-point”, “one-to-one”, and “face-to-face” was established in Chenzhou city. Furthermore, a training team of network reporting service was set in every county to handle emergency issues for enterprises. One million yuan was invested on the construction of city and county level video system, which successfully reached the four levels of networking from state to county. Chenzhou city released 2012 public happiness index at the third quarter, which was highly praised by the society.
It was learned that the “four provinces and nine cities” statistical work exchange meeting was held two times every year and undertaken by turns while the next session will be Ganzhou city, Jiangxi province. Dai Leping- member of party group and General Statistician of Hunan Statistic Bureau and Li Ping- member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and First Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou Government were present at the meeting.
