In order to implement the spirit of 18th National Congress of CPC and carry out the activity -“year of service for small and medium-sized enterprises”, member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Minister of Chenzhou Propaganda Ministry- Zhou Yingchun led a team with principals of municipal subordinate departments to investigate small and medium-sized enterprises on November 26, 2012. The main purpose for the investigation is to solve the practical problems of small and medium-sized enterprises, promote the production of enterprises, and ensure the completion of annual targets set at the beginning of the year.

Zhou Yingchun and the team visited some firms on site and listened to the principals’ reports on the details of their current situation. Concerning the problems hindering the way of the firms, Zhou Yingchun encouraged them to seize the chance of 18th National Congress and CPC to solve problems, extend financing channels, fulfill the targets set at the beginning of this year and figure out the development plan of next step. Zhou Yingchun and the principals of subordinate departments handle the official business on the spot with the purpose of finding the best measure to solve problems like labor force, financing, planning, administrative procedures, etc.. Relative departments were required to follow the settlement of the problems mentioned above.

Zhou Yingchun shared her learning experience of the spirit of 18th National Congress of CPC when she visited the enterprises. She stated that the key points for the enterprise were to study the spirit of 18th National Congress of CPC and were to improve their industries on the basis of its practical condition. The enterprises should grasp the development trend and pay more attention to the increase of efficiency and transformation of economy improvement to boost its development and promote a healthy, sound and fast development of economy and society.
