Yongxing County carried out centralized governance of overloading recently. Bolin Town of Yongxing County applied the monitoring video technology to control the situation of overloading, which helped to enhance the foundation for high-tech and long term governance of overloading.

Bolin town invested 0.3 million yuan on the installation of high-definition cameras in main intersections and construction of monitoring centers of duty rooms. From the monitoring video, the inspection station staff can easily learn of the overloading situation, which helps to reduce work intensity and increase working efficiency. The monitoring system has been officially placed to operation and is now playing its important role in overloading governance. It also helps to set a good example for other towns of Chenzhou city to apply the high technology into their daily work.

Furthermore, the bidding work of the second batch of 85 portal frame projects for “load limit, width limit and height limit” was finished in the middle of November. According to the plan, this project will be completed in time, which can help to protect the rural roads well. The whole project, with 103 portal frames and over one million yuan investment, connecting with national, provincial and county roads, covers all the rural roads in Yongxing County.
