It was learned from working conference of Chenzhou culture, radio, press and publication on Feb. 28, 2013, Chenzhou government would further upgrade its culture service strength to ensure its strong civilization city construction to be ranked the top place in Hunan province.

In 2013, key cultural projects such as Xiangkun Art Center, People’s Art Gallery, Chenzhou Library, Chenzhou museum, radio and tv monitor center etc. will be further accelerated the pace of construction.

In 2013, further improvement will be accelerated on the public cultural infrastructure construction issues, such as upgrading projects for county cultural center, library and concert hall, promotion projects for public reading room and digital library, improvement project for tv & wireless coverage and village digital cinema, etc..

More favorable cultural plans concerned for village people to enjoy drama, movie and book will be further improved and continued to carry out.
