Recently, a competition for post was carried out in Rucheng county, Chenzhou city, Hunan province which greatly lightened the competitive enthusiasm of cadres and workers with outstanding effect.
In order to strengthen the construction of cadres with rational allocation of human resources and high working enthusiasm, Jiyi County Party Committee and government of Rucheng county set some special posts on the practical condition of the county. According to the post description, some posts with different workloads would be issued with different post subsidies by the county finance, which was intended to lighten the working activeness of the workers and cadres. The competition for post was carried out accordingly after the settings of posts had been done.
It was introduced that all the cadres and workers successfully won the post competition have been in place. Followed by the competition, Rucheng county government issued “2013 cadres and workers responsibility system of management by objectives”, which greatly improved the working style of the county cadres and workers to ensure the sound operation of all the work.
