From March 26-27, 2013, an investigation team led by Jiang zuobing- Deputy Director of Hunan Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee and Han Yongwen- Vice Governor of Hunan Province took a research trip on Guidong county’s project construction.

Jiang Zuobing, Han Yongwen and their team investigated the traffic and urban infrastructure construction condition on site, and listened to the report on Guidong county’s economic and social development as well.

In recent years, Guidong county government focused on the promotion of traffic and urban infrastructure construction with sound achievements, especially for the Guidong session of Yueru express way project enabling Guidong county with first express way. But, it faced some problems as lacking investment capital and other issues during the construction process.

Jiang and Han highly affirmed the achievements gained by Guidong county on economic and social development and the project construction. They stated that Guidong county was on a good process for its development. Some relative departments of Hunan province and Chenzhou government should try to help Guidong county on its practical condition to reach a further improvement especially the traffic construction. At the meantime, Guidong county government should try to seize the chance of national favorable policies on Luoxiao mountainous areas poverty alleviation project to get more supports and investment capitals from the State.
