When reporters arrived at Shuangxidong new rural construction demonstration area in Dongjiang, some greening staffs were working on the moisture of newly planted trees. Followed with the target set by Zixing city in the early of this year, Shuangxidong area was planned to be established as Hunan provincial rural tourism demonstration base, rural ecology transformation demonstration site, and rural civilization demonstration zone. An investment plan amounting 100 million yuan and covering with 5500mu areas was figured out to develop modern agriculture and rural tourism industry.

Till now, 20 million yuan has been placed on the greening work and 9 million yuan has been finished on some planning design sheets. According to the time schedule, industrial development plan and decoration work would be finished at the end of this June and July separately.
