An article entitled as “strict gating process for the personnel of Chenzhou city’s departments”was published on “Chinese Organization and Personnel Report” on July 24, 2013. The innovative open recruitment measures carried out by Chenzhou city’s departments were highly affirmed on the report.
Some open recruitment files were released by Chenzhou city recently to specify the condition, methods, processes and other issues concerned for the recruitment of new personnel of the departments. Unified recruitment notice, registration, test, interview, scheduling, etc. were handled out by the departments equally, which greatly helped to make sure the equal competition among the applicants. Furthermore, strict supervision process was specified accordingly.
2013 open recruitment of Chenzhou city’s departments was launched in the middle of this June. 1318 vacancies were available for the municipal and county level departments. According to the data, 6703 applicants have registered. The paper test has been done on July 20, 2013, and the interview would be held in the early of August.
