DRC-Stanford Student Association’s journey to Chenzhou was held from August 22 to August 25, 2013. Zhang Xihui, Liu Zhiwei and some other municipal leaders of Chenzhou city accompanied the investigation group to visit Chenzhou east new district, Chenzhou Export Processing Zone (Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone), etc..

The investigation group visited Delta Electronics (Chenzhou ) Co., Ltd. on site. It was introduced that Delta Electronics was settled down in Chenzhou city in August, 2007, covering 580mu area in the export processing zone. Till now, more than $100 million investment has been fulfilled by this company. It was focused on some high-tech products.
