It was learned from Chenzhou Municipal Land Resources Bureau that a special action concerning control for ultra-deep and cross-border exploration of mine would be carried out in Chenzhou city. It would be followed the principal to be controlled on the basis of regulations and classification. Three key working points thorough investigation, classification and establishment of long term mechanism would be focused on this action to handle the control issues scientifically and ensure the good effects of the action.

Some mine enterprises which were with serious problems on ultra-deep and cross-border exploration of mine, even caused security accidents were reported to local government and suggested to be closed by Chenzhou Municipal Land Resources Bureau. Two typical mine enterprises of Guiyang county were closed forcefully. Some special measures were carried out afterward to make sure it would be kept to be closed. According to the data, 26 mine enterprises were investigated and treated on the process of this special action and settled accordingly.

Concerning for the ultra-deep and cross-border mine enterprises which met national industrial policies and general planning of mineral resources, and were with smaller production scale and mining areas, all were encouraged to be integrated with mines nearby voluntarily and legally. But for the ones which were with too small production scale and exhausted resources were shut down directly.
