Xiang Lili and Qu Hai investigated the construction condition of Chenyong avenue

According to the plan, Chenyong avenue should be placed into operation at the end of this year. In order to check the construction condition of this project, Xiang Lili-Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City took an investigation to the construction site of Chenyong avenue again on September 25, 2013.

Along their investigation trip from Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park, Suxian district, Zixing city to Yongxing county, all the workers were working hard on the construction. It was introduced that 1.099 billion yuan investment for this 31.435kms long Chenyong avenue has been fulfilled yet, covering 67.5% of the total amount.

When Xiang Lili asked about the condition of three bridges project on the section of Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park, the principal of this project confirmed definitely that it can be finished as required in the middle of this October.

The most difficult thing for the construction of Chenyong avenue is the construction of bridges. The section of Suxian district was used to be with lower construction speed than other sections. Currently, all the staffs of this section were working harder to solve the problems and try to finish the project on time. Xiang asked the principal of this project to finish it safely with good quality.

The unique feature for the Zixing section of Chenyong avenue is its Danxia landform on both sides of the avenue. 5 bridges of this section have been completed. The staffs there were working on the construction of bituminous pavement. Xiang stated that the landscape project along the avenue should be carried out on the approval of Chenzhou municipal planning departments.

Concerning for Yongxing section- the longest section of Chenyong avenue, most of the construction has been fulfilled yet, some are available for driving. Xiang encouraged the staffs to follow the highest standard to finish its construction task to forge it as the demonstration part of Chenyong avenue.

On the construction site, Xiang stated that Zixing section and Yongxing section were with the best construction condition compared with others. A more specified time schedule should be figured out to inspect the daily work every day to make sure the avenue to be placed to operation at the end of this year.

“All the staffs should try best to promote the construction process in this limited time. The project should be fulfilled on time safely with good quality.” said Qu Hai.

Finally, Xiang stated the requirement that the avenue should be available to drive from the beginning to the end without detour when he come to investigate it next time.
