It was learned for the official website of the State Ministry of Finance that 314 provincial administrative fees would be cancelled from November 1, 2013. This news was released together by the State Ministry of Finance and the State Development and Reform Commission.

It was stated that once the administrative fees cancelled, relative departments should perform and manage the fees concerned for administrative functions and the fees should be supported by financial budget in same department level.

It was introduced that plus the 33 central administrative fees canceled in this June, total 347 administrative fees were canceled in 2013.

It was pointed out by both the two departments that it was helpful to improve the socialist market economy system, regulate distribution of government income, promote legal administration, ease the burden of enterprises and society with better development condition, and promote continuous development of economy by clearing up and standardizing the administrative fees.
