Site meeting for industrialization of agriculture & mobilization meeting for development of manorial economy was held in Chenzhou city

It was reported that site meeting for industrialization of agriculture & mobilization meeting for development of manorial economy was held in Linwu county, Chenzhou city on October 29, 2013. It was required at the meeting that all departments should make full use of land to promote the development of industrialization of agriculture and modern manorial economy. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City delivered important speeches there.

All the attendants of the meeting visited the site of Linwu county’s agricultural industrialization in the morning and listened to the experience reports addressed by Linwu county and Jiahe county in the afternoon. With the efforts on development of base, cultivation of leading companies, guidance of processing industry, enhancement of service, promotion of brands, etc., Linwu county’s leading agricultural enterprises were with great development and some big agricultural leading companies were attracted to settle down in the county. Liwu county’s agricultural industrialization features and development level are representative in Chenzhou city. Jiahe county reached new achievements on promotion of agricultural industrialization by seizing the chance on promotion of utilization of urban and rural areas to make full use of land and explore new models of agricultural development.

Xiang Lili stated that much more attention should be paid on “three rural”working concept and level. With years’ hardworking on promotion of Chenzhou city’s development, great changes were achieved on basic conditions, comprehensive forces, and urban and rural areas’ conditions, so new development concepts and measures should be figured out accordingly on the basis of these new features to promote further development. A new progress should be reached on “three rural” working with new development ideas. At the meantime, modern agriculture should be forcefully promoted.

Xiang pointed out that much more efforts should be tried on promotion of modern manorial economy which is a comprehensive and high-end agricultural economic model. Followed with the target of establishment of “city in the forest” and “leisure city”, more measures should be carried out to promote transformation and upgrading of agriculture, overall development of urban and rural areas, increasing of farmers’ income, etc. On this point, Chenzhou city’s modern manorial economy could be more competitive with unique features among other cities of Hunan province and other provinces. It was purposely to form a new name card of Chenzhou city’s agriculture and city development by promoting modern manorial economy.

Xiang emphasized that all the departments should make full use of land. Efficient, regulated and long-term land transfer measures should be carried out by relative departments. At the mean time, land rearrangement should be further improved to expand more space for the development of urbanization, industrialization and modernization of agriculture. Much more attention should be placed on mild slope of low mountains and hills to obtain more national favorable policies to promote its development.
Xiang also stated that all the departments should keep opening mind to handle the development work. Due to the great changes on agriculture and relative rural working, more challenges and chances would be encountered on the process of development. So all the departments should innovate more methods to carry out the work under new condition and create a new situation of Chenzhou city’s rural work.

Qu stated that industrialization of agriculture should be promoted as an important starting point for the overall development of urban and rural areas. Proper estimation of current condition for industrialization of agriculture should be grasped to accelerate its progress. Brands promotion strategy should be carried out to improve the development of featured industry. Leading agricultural enterprises should be improved with the upgrading of modernization of agriculture. Agricultural products processing parks should be promoted on the basis of the combined development of modernization and industrialization of agriculture. Modern manorial economy should be promoted forcefully with the target of establishment of “leisure city”. Agricultural industries should be improved with the new rural construction.

Qu pointed out that rural land transfer should be carried out as an important measure to solve the “three rural” issues. With the efforts of relative departments, land transfer work was handled out well in Chenzhou city with bigger scale, more forms, more application, etc. compared with earlier years. But further development should be achieved on the land transfer with enhanced propaganda, innovation, service and policy support.

Qu stated that upgraded implementation of measures should be carried out to ensure all the work to be with real effects. All departments should enhance the leadership on the agricultural industry issues. More operation systems should be innovated to cultivate more business entities. More favorable policies should be issued to support the agricultural industry development. Stricter assessment mechanism should be handled out as well.
