It was reported that the forth general assembly of Female Leading Cadres Association was held on November 22, 2013. More than 200 female leading cadres attended the assembly. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee stated on the conference that the female leading cadres play a promising role in promoting Chenzhou city’s take-off.

It was pointed out on the conference that Female Leading Cadres Association was 15 years old, which helped to upgrade the quality of female leading cadres of Chenzhou city. Followed with the requirements of“two cities construction” project, the third Female Leading Cadres Association worked together with other female cadres to actively take part in the promotion of Chenzhou city’s social and economic development and reached great achievements accordingly.

Xiang stated that female leading cadres play a very important role in the development of Chenzhou social and economic development, especially in Chenzhou city’s take-off. All levels of party’s committee and government should pay much more attention on the work handled out by female leading cadres and let them feel free to arrange the work. Female Leading Cadres Association should keep increasing cohesion among cadres.

Some issues were handled out on the conference, such as working report of the third council, deliberation and approval of financial revenue and expenditure report, communication of the spirit of forth National Women’s Congress, and election of new council. Director, deputy director and secretary-general of the new council were elected out in the first board meeting of the new council.

Chen Shezhao who was the newly elected director of Female Leading Cadres Association stated that the association would keep supporting the key work of Chenzhou city with better arrangement and play better role in promotion of Chenzhou city’s take-off.

Xiao Bailing- President of Hunan Provincial Women’s Federation delivered her congratulations to the assembly. Liu Xiang’e- Director of third Female Leading Cadres Association addressed the working report on the conference. Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended the conference.
