It was learned from Chenzhou Establishment Office that the evaluation result of third quarter’s establishment work was released recently. “Notice for the ranking status of 2013 third quarter’s establishment work” and “Notice for reward and punishment of 2013 third quarter’s establishment work” were issued to relative departments accordingly. Followed with the notices, some would be granted with the highest reward with 0.3 million yuan, while some with the highest punishment of 0.3 million yuan.

Concerning for the work of establishment of national sanitary city, Beihu District Government and Management Committee of Chenzhou Export Processing Zone were ranked the first and second place respectively, while Suxian District Government was in last place among all the district governments. The ranking list of the departments was as follow: first- Chenzhou Bureau of Commerce (the exclusive one with over 80 scores), second- Chenzhou Market Service Center, and third- Chenzhou Sanitary Office. The last three ones were Chenzhou Water Conservancy Bureau, Chenzhou Planning Bureau and Chenzhou Intermediate People’s Court.

Concerning for the work of establishment of national garden city, the ranking places for the three districts were as follow: Suxian District Government, Management Committee of Chenzhou Export Processing Zone and Beihu District Government. The ranking list of the departments was as follow: first- Chenzhou City Management and Law Enforcement Bureau, second- Chenzhou Real Estate Bureau, and third- Chenzhou Housing Bureau. The last three ones were Chendian International, Chenzhou Tourism and Foreign Affairs Bureau, and Chenzhou Agriculture Bureau.

Concerning for the work of establishment of national civilized city, the ranking places for the three districts were as follow: Suxian District Government, Beihu District Government and Management Committee of Chenzhou Export Processing Zone. The ranking list of the departments was as follow: Chenzhou Media Bureau, Chenzhou Education Bureau and Chenzhou Food and Drug Administration Bureau. The last three ones were Chenzhou Sports Bureau, Chenzhou Tourism and Foreign Affairs Bureau, and Chenzhou Justice Bureau.

According to the “reward and punishment solution for Chenzhou city’s establishment of national civilized city, national sanitary city and national garden city”, the rewards and punishments decisions were issued on the basis of the evaluation results to relative departments and governments accordingly.
