Xiang Lili emphasized on the scheduling conference for establishment of national sanitary city

It was reported that a scheduling conference for establishment of national sanitary city was held in Chenzhou city on December 11, 2013. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee required that all departments should unify awareness to fight for the establishment project.

Wang Qiang- Deputy Director of Hunan Provincial Public Sanitation Office and Hou Zheng- national level experts of establishment of sanitary city investigated Chenzhou city from December 4-6, 2013 for its work on environment condition, food security, sanitation of public places, units, communities, urban villages and urban-rural interfaces. Some problems and suggestions were pointed out by the expert team after the investigation. The attendants took an investigation trip to Beihu market, Chenzhou train station, Dongyuange farmers’ market, export processing zone, and some other places before the conference.

Xiang stated that establishment of national sanitary city was an essential part for Chenzhou city’s “three establishments project”. Though it was under tough condition to promote the establishment work, Chenzhou city was still with some great achievements on the infrastructure construction, which was helpful for further improvement of the sanitary city. At the meanwhile, establishment of national garden city and national model city were promoted well, which encouraged all Chenzhou people to handle the establishment of sanitary city greatly. All departments should fight with all efforts to ensure the establishment of sanitary city to be handled out successfully.

Xiang emphasized that more attention should be placed to meet the standards of national sanitary city with the suggestions listed by the experts, especially on some problems hindered on further improvement of Chenzhou city for years.

Xiang pointed out that more strict responsibility system should be figured out to ensure all work to be carried out fluently.

Liu Hesheng- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee hosted the conference. Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended the conference.
