Followed with the unified arrangement of Hunan Provincial Party Committee, the second batch activity of Party’s mass line educational practice will be held from next January to July. On December 12, 2014, a preparation working conference for this activity was held in Chenzhou city to specify the deployment and plan of this work. It was purposely to ensure the activity to be handled out fluently with good effects.

According to the central government’s time schedule, the activity of Party’s mass line educational practice was launched on June 18, 2013. Focusing on the keeping the Party’s progressiveness and purity, the activity was carried out nationwide. On November 28, 2013, a preparation working conference for the second batch of this activity was held in Hunan province and figured out the specified working arrangement. As the unit of Hunan provincial second batch of the activity, Chenzhou city would launch it accordingly next January.

It was required on the preparation conference that all departments should arrange the investigation on some key concerns to find the key problems; should form special leadership and working team to handle the preparation work; should enhance the support of finance and material to grant the activity with better condition; should study and innovate more methods to upgrade the mass work on the basis of upper level government’s spirit and local practical condition; and should combine the preparation work of mass line educational practice and implementation of spirit of third session of 18th Congress of CPC to promote economical and social development.
