According to the data, with the favorable policies, 1.09 billion yuan tax payment was reduced in 2013, up 19.51%, accounting for 180 million yuan.

Chenzhou Municipal National Tax Bureau played good role in implementing the favorable policies and took active actions on guidance and support of investment to promote the economic development. It was learned that 22372 units were benefited from the policies which helped to reduce 862 million yuan tax payment.

Chenzhou Municipal National Tax Bureau enhanced the risk management of export tax rebates to carry out the precautionary analysis and assessment, especially the investigation of export cargo’ tax payment. At the meantime, further promotion of tax rebates pre-registration and connection with relative ministries were handled out by the bureau to accelerate the efficiency of tax payment issues. In 2013, 228 million yuan export tax rebates handled by the bureau, which greatly helped to support the improvement of tax rebates enterprises.
