It was reported that Huang Lanxiang- Vice Governor of Hunan Province discussed some detailed work with Chenzhou delegation. Huang stated that Chenzhou city should play best role of its advantages on resource, location and culture. More efforts should be tried on promotion of undertaking transfer to promote new industrialization and contribute more for Hunan provincial industrial development. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee, Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party

Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City, and Zhong Benqiang- Director of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee joined in the discussion.

All attendants took active actions to express their opinions and suggestions on the promotion of new industrialization, enterprise reform, infrastructure construction, etc.
Huang highly affirmed the comments and suggestions presented by the representatives and pointed out that Chenzhou city was with fruitful results on the promotion of new industrialization, especially the state-owned enterprise reform. At the meantime, it achieved good results on county economy development, urban and rural infrastructure construction, and etc.

Huang stated that Chenzhou city should keep playing good role of its advantages on resource, location, and culture, should keep promoting undertaking industrial transfer, should enhance the cooperation with central state-owned enterprises, and should upgrade the development of new industrialization to contribute more to Hunan provincial new industrialization improvement. Furthermore, more attention should be placed on the promotion of non-ferrous metal processing with extended industry chain; faster opening economy should be carried out with freer mind and close cooperation with Pearl River Delta area; and more efforts should be tried on improvement of emerging strategic industry. Huang also required that relative Hunan provincial departments should further integrate the capitals and resources and delegate more power to Chenzhou city to support its development.
