Great expectations were placed on Chenzhou city according to Hunan provincial “Government Working Report”

It was learned from the“Government Working Report” (short for report)addressed by Du Jiahao- Deputy Secretary of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Hunan Province on the third session of twelfth Hunan Provincial Party’s Congress that great expectations were placed on Chenzhou city, especially on the pilot work of business registration system and other aspects.

One of the seven key work listed on the report was the full implementation for targets of reform and opening up. It was specified in the first part of this key work that further promotion of business registration system should be handled out in Changsha and Chenzhou city firstly and promoted to the whole province with their sound experience accordingly.

Chenzhou city launched the business registration system reform on February 1, 2014 with strict management rules once approved. Further reform and opening up would be accelerated in Chenzhou city by handling this issue on the basis of Chenzhou city’s practical condition.

All the representatives who attended the conference appreciated Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Government’s trust and confidence on Chenzhou city’s reform and opening up work to choose Chenzhou city as one of the pilot cities of this reform work. They recommended to deepen the reform of the business registration system with more simplified procedures, better working efficiency, more favorable policy and better working condition to contract more merchants to settle down in Chenzhou city. On this point, Chenzhou city could be capable to provide sound experience for Hunan provincial reform and opening up.
