Focused with the target to implement the practical activities of mass line of party groups of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress and some departments and promote the theme activity named “communicating and serving for the masses” of representatives of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress, a comprehensive investigation action was carried out by Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee in this March. A debriefing for investigations of March was held by Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee on April 3, 2014 in Chenzhou city. Zhong Benqiang- Director of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee hosted the conference.

During this March, some investigation groups organized by Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee were dispatched to 11 districts and counties of Chenzhou city to check their work on different aspects. All the investigation work was carried out by different ways as listening to working reports, handling some symposiums, interviews and investigations, checking some documents, and etc. Every way was combined together with the educational practice of the mass line.

The 11 investigation groups presented their investigation reports on the conference and the attendants discussed all of them together. It was stated on the conference that all investigation groups paid high attention on the investigation work and reached good effects by learning details of local practical condition. The problems and suggestions listed during the investigations should be summarized to convert to real results and the problems should be solved accordingly.
