It was learned from the first session of leading group for talents work of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee that the “1000-people” plan would be kept implementing in Chenzhou city to introduce more talents to settle down here. More attention would be placed on the introduction of high-level talents with the implementation of “100-people plan” of high-level innovative entrepreneur talent. According to the plan, 100 talents who are facilitated with knowledge of core technology, continuous R&D ability and advanced technology of domestic industries would be introduced into Chenzhou city in 3-5 years. Liao Yuegui- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee, Minister of Organization Department of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Minister of United Front Work Department of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee attended the conference and delivered an important speech there.
“Comments on implementation of 2013 Chenzhou talents introduction’s‘1000-people plan’” was issued in 2013, which was purposely to improve Chenzhou city by introducing more talents. Followed with different measures as public recruitment, contract recruitment, flexible introduction, autonomous recruitment, and etc., 1823 talented people with high academic qualifications, high job titles and high skills have been introduced into Chenzhou city till now. It greatly helped to optimize the talents level of Chenzhou city. This talents strategy would be kept implementing in Chenzhou city, especially on the introduction of innovative entrepreneur talents and urgent needs talents for key fields of economic and social development.
Liao stated that more unified awareness should be bare in relative departments’ minds to handle the talents work with higher work level. At the meantime, all relative departments should communicate with each other to form a sound talents introduction atmosphere to attract more talents to settle down in Chenzhu city.
