It was required to promote the projects construction with reform measures and practical working style

It was reported that a joint hearing for projects of Chenzhou urban area was held in Chenzhou city on April 4, 2014. All 30 issues concerned for 23 projects were settled down in 30 minutes. All projects owners were satisfied with this high working efficiency of government. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the conference and emphasized that the projects construction should be promoted with reform measures and practical working style.

A notice for the procedures of infrastructure and real estate projects of Chenzhou urban area was issued by Chenzhou Development and Reform Commission and Chenzhou Real Estate Bureau on the conference. They also discussed some problems affected the procedures settlement there. A joint hearing was held afterward by the principals of the sub-ordinate departments. The principals of 23 projects were divided to different groups to settle their procedures. All 30 issues concerned for 23 projects were settled down in 30 minutes. “It is terrific to settle everything in such short time. We will try our best to promote the project construction to fulfill it on time with good quality.” gladly said by one project owner who attended this joint hearing for three times.

Qu Hai stated on the conference that the projects approval should be accelerated with reform measures. The deepening reform for administrative approval system should be proceeded by seizing the chance of reform for business registration system. The approval procedures should be simplified and regulated with optimized approval processes and higher approval efficiency. On the other hand, the projects owners should handle well on the preparation work with relative national requirements. The projects should be promoted with practical working style and should be improved on the basis of requirements of city’s upgrading to arrange the work reasonably. Detailed investigation should be carried out on the projects with slower improvement to solve the problems hindered on the way accordingly. Stricter management and quality control work should be handled to ensure the high quality of all projects. Open and public operation should be performed to avoid corruption phenomenon on projects.
