It was reported that a scheduling conference for the promotion work on establishment of national forest city was held in Yongxing county recently. Detailed arrangement on the preparation work of the establishment issue, fire control, greening work, and etc. were figured out on the conference.

It was required that all the departments should pay more attention to enhance the propaganda work on establishment of national forest city and arrange the data collection work of establishment issue to ensure all the data can be recorded on time and meet the establishment standards well. All those were purposely to make sure that Chenzhou city can be established as national forest city successfully in this June. At the meantime, more efforts should be tried on the afforestation work in this spring and protection and management work of greening projects with higher quality. Fire control work should be handled well by all the towns and villages. Some special patrol teams for fire control should be formed to inspect the fire control work and guarantee the safety of forestry.
