It was reported that a review conference for the establishment of national sanitary city and national civilization city in first quarter of 2014, public telephone of the Mayor and digital urban management was held in Chenzhou city on April 21, 2014. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou city required that all departments should work together to build a clean and beautiful city and fulfill the establishment targets on time.

It was stated on the conference that some work on the blind points cleaning, prohibition of road markets, and etc. was handled out well, but there were still some problems on disordered parking, roadside business, garbage sweeping, and etc. Some departments paid less attention on the establishment work and did not handle well on the work dispatched by the public telephone of the Mayor and digital urban management.

Some relative departments analyzed the problems listed on the conference and promised publicly to rectify them on time.

Qu stated it was the final stage for establishment of national sanitary city which concerned for Chenzhou city’s image and further development. It should be established successfully.

Qu emphasized all relative department should analyze the root of the problems with stronger sense of responsibility and mission to solve the problems fundamentally. Some problems should be rectified with high level standard and quality to build a clean and beautiful city. More attention should be placed on treatment for some key points concerned for the qualification of establishment of sanitary city. Establishment of national civilized city should be promoted with some joint mechanisms. The application of digital urban management should be promoted with the highlight of increasing the working efficiency. More attention should be placed on the settlement of the problems presented from the public telephone of the Mayor. All leaders should pay more attention on the two-establishment work, public telephone of the Mayor and digital urban management to check the implementation condition of them. Furthermore, more strict supervision work should be handled out by relative departments.
