Scheduling conference for overall development of urban and rural areas & industrial parks’ work was held in Chenzhou city

It was reported that a scheduling conference for overall development of urban and rural areas & industrial parks’ work was held in Anren county, Chenzhou city recently. Liu Hesheng- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee stated that overall development of urban and rural areas was the general gripper for Chenzhou city’s take off and the “golden key” for solving the “three rural”issues. On the hand, industrial parks were the main battle fields for industrial development. So, greater efforts should be tried on the promotion of overall development of urban and rural areas and improvement of industrial parks construction to share the development achievements with people.

Chenzhou city handled the regulation of rural housing management work firstly in China last year and gained great results on the promotion of beautiful rural construction, rural reform pilots, and modern agriculture industry. Concerned for the economic operation of industrial parks, its economy kept stable increase in the first four months of 2014 that total volume of fixed-asset investment hit 15.6billion yuan with an increase of 45%, output value of high-tech industry accounted for 22.21billion yuan with an increase of 33.6%, and output value of electronic information, new energy and new material industry were with rapid increase.

Liu Hesheng said more attention should be placed on the construction of demonstration belts and villages to lay a foundation for comprehensive promotion of overall development of urban and rural areas. Six basic requirements should be kept to handle the regulation of rural housing management work with better propaganda and guiding work. At the meantime, manorial economy should be expanded with bigger scale and long-term mechanism for improvement of rural environment should be figured out to develop new socialist countryside. 

Liu emphasized that more efforts should be tried on the industrial parks construction. The expansion of industrial parks should be promoted rapidly by well preparing relative documents to proceed to approval procedures. Streamline administration and institute decentralization work should be promoted in the industrial parks to launch new round of reform there. The incentive mechanism should be completed to mobilize the officers’ enthusiasm to handle pioneering work.
