It was learned from the mobilization conference for efficiency supervision work on special projects that special efficiency supervision on some key work, some sub-ordinate departments and some key positions would be carried out in Chenzhou city.

It is a regular work for Chenzhou Supervision Bureau to carry this special efficiency supervision work and it is an important method for the supervision departments to play their roles by carrying out this supervision work. “Implementation solution on special efficiency supervision on some key work, some sub-ordinate departments and some key positions” (short for “the solution”) was released on the conference. It stated that three efficiency supervision work would be handled out in Chenzhou city from this June to October. Different ways as listening to reports, checking data, on-site investigation, individual talk, interview for administrative counterpart, exchange of views, and etc. would be adopted for special efficiency supervision of some key work and some sub-ordinate departments by Chenzhou Supervision Bureau. Special efficiency supervision on some key positions would be handled by the supervision departments of sub-ordinate departments with the guidance of Chenzhou Supervision Bureau.

The contents of the three efficiency supervision work were specified on “the solution”. Commercial registration reform and inspection of violation in central area were for special efficiency supervision of key work. Chenzhou Housing and Construction Bureau, Chenzhou Commercial Bureau and Chenzhou Forestry Bureau were the three targets for special efficiency supervision of sub-ordinate departments. Security administration detachment of Chenzhou Public Security Bureau, control station of Chenzhou Transportation Management Office, environment supervision detachment of Chenzhou Environment Bureau and other seven positions were the targets for special efficiency supervision of key positions.

The three efficiency supervision work was purposely to solve the key concerns presented by enterprises and the masses and guarantee people with a favorable administrative service condition.
